Academic Profile
£500 + VAT
For families seeking academic extension, entrance exam readiness, or intellectual profiling.
Includes a comprehensive suite of standardised psychometric and cognitive assessments to map learning preferences and needs, cognitive speed, and academic potential with a benchmark report.
(50% credited back against final placement fees upon placement)
Families needing both academic profiling and a clinical SEND strategy can combine both pathways for a comprehensive intake of £1,450 + VAT (100% credited back upon placement).

2. Specialist Candidate Matching
Using your child’s translated clinical and academic profile, we scout, screen, and interview qualified specialist caregivers, Edu-Nannies, and therapeutic practitioners. We vet candidate profiles against strict child protection safeguarding protocols (LADO compliance, Enhanced DBS, and verified references) and thoroughly brief them on your child’s home plan and academic needs before presenting them for interview.

3. Placement Execution & Fee Credit
Once you select your specialist, we execute placement contracts on standard terms. We credit your initial Step 1 intake fee (£500 or £950) directly against your final placement commission invoice.
Commission Terms: 17% + VAT of gross annual salary for UK placements; 20% + VAT for international positions. All placements include a complimentary 30-day candidate replacement guarantee.

4. Ongoing Clinical Supervision Retainer
To guarantee long-term placement stability and prevent practitioner burnout, Dr Sarif Alrai and our multidisciplinary team provide ongoing clinical oversight for your placed candidate. This includes monthly 1:1 practitioner supervision, adaptive strategies for emerging needs, and quarterly care plan reviews to align with your child’s evolving milestones.
(£200 + VAT per calendar month — extends replacement guarantee coverage up to 6 months)
Employer Considerations for Household Staffing
When you employ a permanent specialist nanny or educator, you act as the direct employer. Candidate hourly baselines range from £20–£28+ gross/hr for SEN Nannies, and £30+ gross/hr for Qualified SEN Teachers (minimum £32,000 gross annual baseline). Standard employer obligations (National Insurance, pensions, and employer’s liability insurance) apply, and we partner with specialist nanny payroll providers to manage this seamlessly for you.
