The EHCP-to-Home Translation Package

£950 + VAT (Standalone Package)

Designed for parents who want to convert complex statutory paperwork and developmental diagnoses into a practical daily home routine.

What is included:

• Statutory EHCP Review & Provision Mapping: A detailed clinical breakdown translating Section B (Needs), Section F (Provision), and Section G (Health) into actionable home strategies.
• Developmental History & Intake Assessment: Comprehensive clinical intake led by Dr. Sarif Alrai (HCPC-Registered Educational Psychologist) to analyze sensory profiles, emotional regulation triggers, and routine transitions.
• Bespoke Home Care & Learning Plan: A visual, practical manual detailing low-arousal de-escalation protocols, transition management, sensory diets, and home-learning adaptations.
• Candidate Search Specification Sheet: A precise, clinical profile brief detailing the exact competencies and skills required if you choose to recruit a specialist carer independently or through us.

Note: If you proceed with a full permanent placement search through Clinical Childcare Partners, we credit 50% of your Translation Package fee toward your final placement fee.

We source, vet, and match exceptional SEN Nannies, Governesses, and Specialist Educators tailored precisely to your child’s developmental profile.

Registration & Clinical Briefing Fee

£500 + VAT (Non-refundable)

• Initiates an intensive 8-week bespoke recruitment search.
• Covers full candidate curation, clinical matching, and profile shortlisting by our multidisciplinary team.

Placement Fee

17% of Annual Gross Salary + VAT (UK Placements)

20% of Annual Gross Salary + VAT (International Placements)

• Trigger: Due only upon successful offer acceptance and placement of your candidate.
• Minimum Salary Baseline: £32,000 per annum gross (to attract and retain highly qualified talent).

1-Month Clinical Replacement Guarantee

All permanent placements include a 1-month free replacement guarantee. If a placement ends or proves unsuitable within the first 30 days, our team will start a priority search for a replacement candidate at no additional agency cost.

Extended Clinical Oversight & Guarantee

£200 + VAT per month (Optional)

• Extends your replacement guarantee coverage for up to 6 months.
• Includes monthly review check-ins with our clinical team to ensure your Home Care Plan evolves alongside your child’s developmental progress.

Additional Employer Considerations for Families

When you employ a permanent specialist nanny or educator, you act as the direct employer. To assist your budgeting, please keep the following operational costs in mind:

• Gross Candidate Hourly Rates: Standard SEN Specialist Nannies typically range from £20 to £30+ per hour gross, while qualified SEN Teachers or Therapists range from £30+ per hour gross, depending on experience.
• Employer Liabilities: As an employer, you will be responsible for Employer’s National Insurance, pension contributions, and annual leave. We partner with specialist nanny payroll providers to handle this seamlessly.
• Employer’s Liability Insurance: Mandatory for all household employers (typically £70–£100 annually).
• VAT: Clinical Childcare Partners is a registered agency; VAT (20%) applies to all agency registration, strategy, and placement fees.
